Hans-Peter Schaal has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Hans-Peter is currently the Director of Engineering at Dieffenbacher since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Design and Development at Maschinenfabrik Lauffer GmbH & Co KG from 2015 to 2021. Hans-Peter also served as the Design Manager for Mechanical and Hydraulic Services at Schuler Group from 2011 to 2015. Before that, they held positions as both Design and Organizational Manager at SCHAAL engineering from 2009 to 2011, and as the Design Manager at A. Schaal GmbH&Co. KG from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, they worked at Schuler Hydrap GmbH&Co KG as both the Design Manager for Mechanics from 2007 to 2008, and as the Group Leader for Mechanical Design from 2001 to 2007. Hans-Peter started their engineering career as a Design Engineer at Robert Bosch GmbH, Stuttgart, from 1998 to 2001, and prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Designer at Hydrap Pressen GmbH from 1995 to 1998.
Hans-Peter Schaal studied at the University of Stuttgart from 1987 to 1993, obtaining a degree in Maschinenbau (mechanical engineering). Hans-Peter then attended Fachhochschule Nürtingen from 1993 to 1995 and received a Zwischenzeugnis (intermediate certificate) in BWL (business administration).
