Eduardo Lara Calderón has over 18 years of experience in the home appliance industry, specializing in product innovation for B2C and B2B customers. Eduardo has held various managerial roles in research and development, including serving as the Research and Development Director for the Americas at Diehl Controls. Prior to that, they were the Product & Manufacturing Engineering Manager at emz Hanauer de México S.A. de C.V. In this role, they were responsible for designing electronic controls for white goods appliances and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Eduardo also served as a functional leader, analyzing electronic engineering solutions for field issues.

Eduardo Lara Calderón has a diverse educational background. Eduardo completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Universidad Anáhuac from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2003. In 2002, they also pursued a Master's Subject in Automatic Control for Production Systems at Grenoble INP - Ense3.

In terms of their undergraduate education, Eduardo earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Power Electronics from Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, which they completed from 1996 to 2001.
