Rafal Adamiec

Rafal Adamiec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software and electronic engineering. Currently serving as the SW Team Europe Manager and Focus Team Leader at Diehl Controls since March 2016, Rafal is responsible for leading teams and managing project budgets while acting as the primary point of contact for customers. Previously, Rafal worked at Gigaset Communications from September 2008 to March 2016 as a Software Project Leader and specialist in embedded software development and feature integration. Earlier experience includes a role as an electronic engineer at PBP OPTEL Sp. z o.o., focusing on the electronic design of ultrasonic systems. Rafal holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, along with postgraduate degrees in Project Management and Business Administration from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław and Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, respectively.
