Gerson Lopes Filho has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. In that year, they began as an Estagiário de Gestão de Telecom at GTechnology. Gerson then went on to receive a Post-Graduation in Petroleum and Gas from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2014 to 2015. Finally, they completed a Post-Graduation in Quality Management and Processes at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2018 to 2019.
