Angela Schat-Zeckendorf

Angela Schat-Zeckendorf serves as the Directeur Registers & Examens at Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs (DUO) since March 2019, overseeing the execution of educational policies and examination organization for the Dutch government. Additionally, Angela holds the position of Vice voorzitter raad van toezicht at dbieb/Bibliotheken Midden-Fryslân, ensuring effective library services in the region. Previously, Angela contributed to OSG Singelland as a member of the supervisory board and worked in various leadership roles at NHL Stenden and NHL Hogeschool, focusing on education logistics, human resources services, and engineering education. Angela began a professional career at Fluor as a Project Engineering Manager, leading diverse engineering projects. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Chemical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Master in General Management from the University of Groningen, supplemented by Lean consultancy certifications.
