Byron Dooley possesses extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles across various industries. Currently serving as IT Technical Support II at Diesel Laptops since May 2019, Byron previously held positions as an IT Support Technician and a Solutions Specialist at Verizon, where responsibilities included utilizing technology knowledge for sales and achieving quotas. Prior experience as a Warranty Specialist at Hurricane Builders involved conducting on-site inspections and preparing reports for homeowners. Additionally, Byron managed operations at Dooley's Sport Shop, a family-owned fishing tackle store, and rented equipment at U-Haul Dealer for over a decade. Education was pursued at Midlands Technical College.
