Courtney Mersman

Courtney Mersman possesses extensive experience in the banking and retail industries, currently serving as a Loan Compliance Officer and CRA Officer at Dieterich Bank since January 2017, where previous roles included Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist. Prior to this, Courtney held the position of Manager on Duty at JCPenney from August 2013 to July 2017 and completed a Risk Management Internship at Midland States Bank in late 2016. Additionally, an earlier role as a Human Resources Intern at Dieterich Bank was undertaken in mid-2016.
