Alma Viëtor

Alma Viëtor has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Alma is currently serving as the Director of Risk Management and Company Secretary at DIF Capital Partners, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director of Risk Management at the same company from October 2019 to October 2021.

In 2022, Alma joined Koninklijke Landmacht as a Reservist, a role they will hold until June 2023. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at Bisnez from December 2018 to October 2019.

Alma also has a substantial background in the banking industry. Alma worked at HSBC Commercial Banking from 2013 to 2018, holding various positions such as Senior Implementation Manager, Business Manager, Business Risk Control Manager, and Business Assistant. In these roles, they were responsible for driving strategic initiatives, implementing internal policies, governance frameworks, and procedures, assessing and minimizing operational risk, and providing support to senior management.

Prior to their banking career, Alma gained experience as a Research intern at Autoriteit Financiële Markten in 2011.

Alma Viëtor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dutch Language & Culture from the University of Groningen, where they also completed a minor in Applied Linguistics. Alma then pursued a Master's degree in Public Governance at Utrecht University, along with a minor in Public Administration & Organizational Science. Additionally, Alma has acquired certifications in Company Secretary from Governance University, Risk and Crisis management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and Inzicht in Invloed® from Bureau Zuidema.
