Tom Goossens

Tom Goossens is a Partner and Deputy Head of Infrastructure at DIF Capital Partners, a leading independent fund management company with approximately EUR 5 billion under its management. Prior to joining DIF, Tom held various leadership roles at companies such as ING Bank N.V. and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where Tom was responsible for origination, structuring, and execution of structured debt financings in the metals and mining industry. Tom holds a LL.M. in Financial Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a MSc in Business Administration/Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and has also studied at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
