Arif Amiri has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Arif currently serves as a Board Member for Dubai Future District Fund since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chairman of Art Dubai since January 2016.
Arif also held executive positions at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), where they served as the Chief Executive Officer from October 2015 onwards. Arif previously held the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer from November 2014 to October 2015.
Before joining DIFC, Arif worked as the Chief Commercial Officer at Emaar from June 2013 to October 2014. Arif also served as an Executive Director of Sales and Distribution at Emaar properties PJSC from April 2012 to June 2013.
Arif's early career includes roles at Emaar Properties, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Emaar Retail Group from January 2009 to June 2013. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Governance from October 2006 to December 2008.
Arif began their career at HSBC, where they held the role of Senior Manager of Corporate and Institutional Banking from January 1999 to October 2006.
Arif Amiri completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 1994 and 1998.
