Tom Douangmixay

Tom Douangmixay has extensive experience in project management and business analysis. Tom has worked as a Senior Project Manager at Diff since 2020, overseeing theme development projects. Prior to that, they worked at MNP from May 2020 to August 2020 as a Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst, providing technology advisory services and managing IT projects. From June 2007 to May 2020, Tom worked at T4G Limited in the same capacity, handling project management and business analysis tasks. Tom also has experience as a Project Manager and eProducer at Wunderman from July 2006 to June 2007, and as a Project Manager at WebFeat Multimedia from August 2004 to July 2006. Additionally, Tom worked at Alliance Atlantis Communications as a Media Campaign Manager from April 2003 to June 2004, overseeing ad site traffic and contest campaigns. Tom started their career as an Online Marketing Administrator at Harlequin Enterprises Ltd. from February 2000 to April 2003, managing online banner programs and providing executive assistance to senior executives.

Tom Douangmixay began their education at Earl Grey Junior High, where they completed their studies between 1988 and 1990. Tom then attended Agincourt Collegiate Institute from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Diploma (Honours). Following this, Tom attended both Fleming College and Trent University in 1994 and 1995, respectively, studying Nursing at both institutions.

In addition to their formal education, Tom Douangmixay has also obtained several certifications. In 2011, they received a Digital Learning Certification from IAB Canada. The following year, in 2012, they obtained both a Master Leadership Certification and an Interactive Leadership Certification, also from IAB Canada.
