Maria Kusber

Maria Kusber has a diverse work experience in the field of computer science. Maria started their career at Masarykova univerzita Brno as a Teaching Assistant, where they taught various subjects related to mathematics and informatics. Maria then joined the University of Oxford as a Research Assistant, conducting research in the cross-field of computer science and robotics. Maria'swork involved designing algorithms for autonomous systems and utilizing formal verification, model checking, and control theory.

Currently, Maria is working at Diffblue as a Software Engineering Team Lead. Maria started as a Junior Software Engineer and quickly progressed to the position of Senior Engineer and Acting Team Lead. Maria'sresponsibilities include working on the core technology behind an automated test generation tool for Java and leading a DevOps team. Maria has been actively contributing to the development of automated test generation tools and AI understanding of code.

Maria Kusber's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Masaryk University Brno and earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics in 2008. Maria continued their studies at the same university and obtained another Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Informatics in 2010. Maria pursued higher education and completed a Master's degree in Algebra and Discrete Mathematics from Masaryk University Brno in 2011. In the same year, they participated in a Student Exchange Program (Socrates Erasmus) at the University of Luxembourg, focusing on Information and Computer Sciences. Maria then pursued a Doctoral Degree Program in Computer Science at Masaryk University Brno from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they were a Visiting Research Scholar at Boston University from 2012 to 2014.
