Peter Kim

Peter Kim is the current CEO of the Hudson Subsidiary at Differential Brands Group. Prior to this, they served as the President of BLD Brands from December 2013 to February 2018. During their time at BLD, Peter was responsible for all capital raising, acquisitions and real estate developments, as well as managing all back office support functions including human resources, IT, finance/accounting, treasury and payroll. Under Peter's leadership, BLD's franchise business revenues doubled to $130 million in the first 18 months, and they were instrumental in the acquisition of 50 Hardee's restaurants in June 2015. Additionally, they led location selection, lease negotiations, construction, design and opening for new Hardee's and Papa John's locations in North Carolina, Las Vegas and Ohio. In 2017, they recommended and executed the sale of Stir Crazy and Flat Top Grill brands.

Before joining BLD Brands, Peter worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Overseas Investments at Samsung Life Insurance from July 2011 to August 2013.

Peter Kim attended Lafayette College and received certification from the NASD in Series 7 and 63.

They are on a team with and Bob Ross - Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Michael Buckley, CEO.
