Frank Serpico currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Insight at Dig Insights since February 2023. Previously, Frank held the position of Executive Vice President at Brado from November 2018 to September 2022, following the merger of SMI Alcott and Brado. Frank's extensive experience includes roles at SMI-Alcott from January 2005 to November 2018, where positions ranged from Senior Vice President to Account Director. Prior to that, Frank worked at Synovate from May 1999 to January 2005, advancing from Research Analyst to Senior Study Director. Frank began a career in market research at Kraft Foods Group as a Market Research Intern from June 1998 to May 1999. Educationally, Frank earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago from 1994 to 1999.
