Samantha Muscia serves as the Vice President Insights at Dig Insights since October 2021, where the focus is on empowering insights teams with technology and analytical tools. Prior to this role, Samantha was Associate Client Director at MetrixLab from March 2016 to October 2021, building client relationships and managing a team in the U.S. Research division. Samantha's experience includes serving as Senior Research Director at SMI Alcott, where responsibilities encompassed the entire research process, and working as Associate Project Manager at Socratic Technologies, managing national and international studies. Samantha began a career in research at Synovate as a Senior Research Analyst after earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Roosevelt University.
