Nicole Bator

Nicole Bator is currently the Head of Operations and Company Secretary at di:ga communications since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as an Operations Manager at Wave for Change from April 2020 to April 2022. With a background in culinary arts, Nicole previously held positions as a Senior Cookery Editor and Cookery Editor at Duncan Baird Publishers from June 2007 to February 2012. Nicole holds a BA in Linguistics and German from Rutgers University and a Professional Chef Diploma in Health-supportive and plant-based cuisine from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts.
