Emma McCutcheon

Emma joined Digby Brown April 2022 and is based in the Glasgow office. She previously worked with The Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry in Edinburgh as an Investigative Paralegal, specifically within the Foster Care case study.

Emma studied with Central Law Training Scotland at Strathclyde University for two years and obtained Specialist Paralegal qualification in Private Client – Wills, Trusts and Executries in April 2017. She became an Accredited Paralegal in May 2019 before deciding to join the Inquiry.

Emma was also a Financial Guardianship Paralegal for four years prior to this.
