Jacqueline Paterson

Jacqueline Paterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT training and legal support roles. Currently serving as the Learning & End User Experience Lead at Digby Brown Solicitors since September 2016, Jacqueline has previously worked as an IT Trainer at Pinsent Masons from June 2013 to September 2016 and at Semple Fraser LLP from June 2005 to June 2013, where responsibilities included designing and delivering induction training for new employees. Jacqueline's career also includes a role as a Project Coordinator at MMS, where key projects involved redesigning document production systems, and earlier positions as a Legal Secretary in various firms, contributing to client management and administrative tasks. Education was completed at Riverside Secondary School in Glasgow.
