Richard Coyle is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in service delivery and systems administration. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and previously as IT System Administrator at Digby Brown Solicitors since January 2012, Richard oversees IT operations for approximately 300 users across multiple sites. Prior experience includes migration engineering at Standard Life, senior technician roles in desktop support, and various technical support positions across several organizations including Scottish Power and BP. Richard holds an HND in Computer Technology & Instrumentation from Bell College Hamilton and has completed higher level studies in various subjects at St Maurice's High School.
