Megan Taylor

Megan Taylor is a seasoned hydrogeologist with extensive experience in the mining and environmental sectors. Currently employed at Digby Wells Environmental since November 2014, Megan has a strong background in hydrogeological assessments and water quality monitoring in Africa, previously holding the role of Junior Environmental GIS Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as a hydrogeologist at First Quantum Minerals LTD and Rio Tinto, where focus areas encompassed resource evaluation for uranium mineralization and data management. Earlier roles at Digby Wells and Associates and Deep Yellow Limited involved significant fieldwork, including geophysical surveys and drilling operations for uranium exploration. Academically, Megan holds a BSc (Hons) in Hydrogeology from the University of the Free State and a BSc (Hons) in Geology from the University of Johannesburg, complemented by degrees in Geochemistry and a BSc in Geology, Geography, and Environmental Management.
