As our Superintendent, you will be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with a talented team to deliver exceptional results. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

  1. Project Coordination Mastery: You'll be instrumental in updating and analyzing project schedules, ensuring seamless coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and our project management team. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that daily production rates align with our ambitious project timelines.
  2. Safety Champion: Safety is our top priority, and you'll lead the charge in implementing and managing our robust safety program. From managing OSHA inspections to conducting morning huddles focused on safety, you'll create a culture of excellence where every team member feels secure.
  3. Administrative Wizardry: From applying for building permits to managing quality control logs and completing daily project reports, you'll showcase your organizational prowess and ensure that every aspect of our projects runs like a well-oiled machine.
  4. Quality Assurance Expertise: Your meticulous inspection skills will guarantee that every aspect of our work meets the highest standards. Whether it's shoring, steel reinforcing, or post-tensioning, you'll leave no stone unturned in ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience: A minimum of five years in construction management, including at least one year as an assistant superintendent on commercial projects. Your track record of success speaks volumes, and you're ready to take the next step in your career.
  • Confidentiality: You possess the discretion to handle sensitive company issues with tact and professionalism, ensuring the utmost confidentiality at all times.
  • Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels sets you apart. Whether it's delivering reports or leading morning huddles, your communication skills are second to none.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Challenges are merely opportunities in disguise for you. Your analytical mind and problem-solving abilities enable you to navigate any obstacle with ease.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, and your willingness to learn new construction management software sets you apart from the rest.
  • Certifications: You're OSHA 30 certified, and your First Aid/CPR certification is up to date, demonstrating your commitment to safety and preparedness.
