Monika Arulnathan

Monika Arulnathan currently serves as a Junior Project Manager at Diggia Group, focusing on EV charging projects with Gamma Energy Ltd since March 2024. Monika's recent experience includes a research role at Lenovo, where research centered on optimal carbon capture methods aligned with Lenovo's 2030 sustainability goals, as well as leading a project that conducted a sustainability analysis for major data centres, providing insights for a NetZero roadmap. Prior experience includes a position as Project Coordinator at Live-in-labs, where groundwork was laid for a moringa powder production plant to benefit a rural village, and a brief internship at Waaree Group in solar energy. Monika holds a Master of Science in Renewable Energy Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
