Serena Lye

Serena Lye has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Serena has worked in various roles at different companies. Serena started their career as a Software Engineer at ECnet (M) Sdn Bhd, where they developed and deployed e-commerce applications. Serena then became a Senior Software Engineer and Team Leader, leading a team of software engineers and handling client requirements. Serena also worked as a Consultant in the Projects Department, where they designed solutions and provided support to team members.

Serena joined DiGi Telecommunications as a Senior in Financial Services, focusing on strategy and new business development. Serena then progressed to become a Senior in Product Development, contributing to the company's product innovation efforts. Serena later took on the role of Senior - Online Sales & Services.

Serena's career at Digi Telecommunications continued with various roles, including Head of Operations and Development for Online Sales & Services, Associate Principal in Sales Excellence and Special Projects, and Journey Architect cum Scrum Master. In these positions, Serena demonstrated their expertise in operations management, project delivery, process improvement, and customer service. Serena successfully led projects such as the deployment of an enhanced billing system and the development of an e-commerce platform.

Currently, Serena Lye is an Associate Principal at Digi Telecommunications, focusing on process improvement and governance in the Fibre Operations division. Serena collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and address customer pain points, develop recommendations, and explore new solutions.

Throughout their career, Serena has consistently shown dedication to improving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and driving innovation.

Serena Lye earned a BEng in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Robert Gordon University from 1996 to 1997. Serena then pursued an MSc in Information Systems from Robert Gordon University from 1997 to 1998.
