Corinne Murray serves as the Director of Customer Operations at Digi International since May 2021, bringing extensive experience in customer care and operations. Previously, Corinne held the position of Director of Client Services at Amplifon Hearing Health Care from December 2019 to May 2021, and spent nearly a decade at Nilfisk, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Senior Director of Customer Care. Corinne has a proven track record of driving growth through strategic support, implementing cross-departmental initiatives, and enhancing customer experiences across North America. With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, Corinne is recognized for leadership in change management and team development within customer service organizations.
