Jerry Ackels

Jerry Ackels, PMP, is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in customer support and project management. Currently serving as Sr Director of Operations at Digi International since February 2018, Jerry previously held the position of VP of Operations at Accelerated Concepts LLC from September 2011 to February 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing all customer operations and lifecycle support. Jerry's career also includes roles as District Manager at both AT&T and IBM, as well as a tenure as SSGT in the United States Air Force. Jerry Ackels holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Community College of the Air Force.
