Stephanie Frazier has over 20 years of experience in compensation management and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Manager and OEM HR Business Partner at Digi International since October 2011, Stephanie is responsible for the design and implementation of global compensation policies and practices, along with providing compensation consulting to management. Previously, Stephanie held various roles at Alliant Techsystems from 2003 to 2011, including Senior Compensation Analyst and Compensation Analyst, focusing on compensation structure analysis and implementation. Stephanie's career began as an HR Service Center Representative, supporting over 15,000 employees. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota Morris.
