Sridhar Chakkravarthy is an experienced professional with a strong background in business management and quality assurance. As the Founder of Dollars & Cents Group since April 2022 and Business Head at Digi Upaay Solutions Pvt Ltd since June 2021, Sridhar supervises company operations and aligns employee activities with organizational goals. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Officer in Experience Management at UPS from May 2019 to November 2021, where Sridhar managed an escalation center team and partnered with quality and training divisions for process excellence. Sridhar also held the role of Training and Quality Lead at IndiGo from August 2015 to April 2019, focusing on maintaining quality standards and staff training, and worked as a Verifier at IBM from August 2013 to July 2015.
