Mariana Stankovic

Mariana Stankovic is a Global People Operations Analyst at Digibee since January 2022, focusing on internal communication, employee experience, and the management of the global HRIS platform (HiBob), as well as overseeing the global hiring process. Previously, Mariana served as an HR Business Partner Intern at Danone from April 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities included developing HR newsletters, supporting sales recognition programs, and assisting with field team engagement. Mariana also gained experience as a Recruitment Intern at Grupo Cia de Talentos from November 2019 to April 2021, supporting candidate screening and initial interviews. Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, earned between 2017 and 2021.
