Tomasz Krawczynski

Tomasz Krawczynski has a diverse range of experience in various leadership roles across different companies. Tomasz is currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Digica since September 2020. Prior to that, Tomasz held the position of VP Sales, Financial Services at intive from January 2020 to May 2020. Tomasz also served as Chief HR Officer and SVP at the same company from February 2018 to December 2019. Before joining intive, Tomasz worked as a Non Executive Director at intive from January 2016 to January 2018.

In addition, Tomasz was the Regional Manager at Codecool Poland from June 2017 to January 2018. Tomasz also held key positions at Mobica Limited Sp. z o.o., where they served as Managing Director, Member of the Board from January 2007 to September 2015, and as Country Manager from January 2007 to September 2015. Before that, Tomasz worked as Managing Director at AuSystems Sp. z o.o. from June 2006 to December 2006.

Furthermore, Tomasz has an extensive history with Teleca AB, where they held the position of Managing Director for Poland from January 2000 to December 2006, and later served as Managing Director from January 2001 to May 2006. Tomasz started their career as the Managing Director for Poland at Sigma AB from January 1998 to December 2000.

Tomasz Krawczynski pursued their education from 1984 to 1989 at two institutions. Tomasz attended the Military University of Technology, where they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science. Simultaneously, they enrolled at the Military Academy of Technology in Warsaw, completing a Master's degree in Information Technology.
