Lika Liubchenko

Lika Liubchenko began their work experience as a Program Coordinator at DomainOptions in June 2011. In 2012, they transitioned to a role as an HR Specialist at Dev-Pro.net where they successfully staffed open positions and managed the process of position opening. Lika was later promoted to HR Team Lead, where they developed and implemented people management strategies, supported team member development and engagement, and designed and implemented company policies. In 2017, Lika briefly served as a JS Developer at Dev-Pro.net before joining Neurons Lab in 2020 as the Head of People Experience & Partner.

Lika Liubchenko pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics from 2007 to 2012.
