Paul Martin has a comprehensive work experience in various roles related to collections and customer operations. Paul most recently served as the Head of Global Collections at Digicel Group starting in 2022. Prior to this, they were the Group Head of Collections at Castle Water from 2020 to 2022.

Before joining Castle Water, Paul held the position of Head of Customer Operations at SSE plc from 2019 to 2020, where they successfully led a team of in-sourced and out-sourced colleagues, optimizing productivity and performance. Paul also developed customer-focused processes to deliver market-leading service levels and implemented effective collections processes to meet financial targets.

From 2017 to 2019, Paul worked as the Director of Service & Collections at Castle Water, where they built and executed collection and legal strategies to achieve optimal cash flow. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Customer Service at Spark Energy UK from 2013 to 2017, where they implemented customer-centric operations and outsourced collections models for improved productivity.

Paul's extensive career also includes working at Lloyds Banking Group, where they held various roles, including Director of Operations, Collections & Recoveries from 1997 to 2013.

Paul Martin attended Teesside University from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a HND in Business Information Technology. Paul then went on to study at the University of Sunderland from 2001 to 2004, earning a BA in Business Computing.
