Zakiya Lett

Zakiya Lett is a seasoned HR professional with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional (CMP). Since July 2019, Zakiya has been serving as the Head of Human Resources at Digicel Group, where strategic HR alignment and implementation of global HR initiatives are key responsibilities. Prior experience includes roles as Head of HR Operations and Analytics at Digicel Group, Strategic HR Partner at The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited, and Senior Learning and Development Analyst at Petrotrin. Zakiya’s career encompasses extensive work in HR analytics, learning and development, workforce performance planning, and strategic HR consulting, augmented by a foundational education in Public Administration.
