Kathleen Beckham

Kathleen Beckham, a career educator, has been in classrooms from kindergarten to community college. Having taught on all levels, but with vast experience in high school English, Algebra, and three levels of Special Education, she has been at eight high schools in three states. With four teaching credentials and an administrative credential, the last 11 years of her career, she started a very large, nationally recognized AVID Program at Oxnard High School, Oxnard, California, and eventually became the AVID District Director at Oxnard Union High School District for their six comprehensive high schools.

After retiring in 2014, she began her own educational consulting business and started working with digiCOACH immediately. Kathy specializes in educational research and curriculum development, constructing custom editions with clients, and training and supporting schools and their staff with digiCOACH observation walks. Helping educators elevate student achievement is her passion.
