Patty Matos

Patty Matos is an experienced professional in digital organizing and marketing with a strong background in political campaigns and community engagement. As a Glossier Rep since October 2017, Patty operates as an independent contractor within the Glossier Reps program. Previous roles include Director of Digital, Distributed, and Out Of State Operations for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party, where responsibilities encompassed developing statewide outreach strategies and managing relationships with stakeholders. Patty has also served as Deputy Digital Director for Biden for President in Pennsylvania, contributing to a successful electoral campaign by overseeing digital organizing infrastructure and volunteer mobilization. Other notable experiences include field organizing for Warren for President and various leadership roles in marketing and project management at The Meantime Coffee Co. and The Society Model Management, Inc. Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Accessories Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
