Royce Morris

Royce Morris currently serves as a Senior Foreign Language Analyst at DigiFlight, Inc., starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Royce worked as a Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of State, providing advice on program and policy issues. From 2012 to July 2023, Royce was with the US Navy, where responsibilities included producing analyses that informed foreign policy and managing a large team of analysts in tactical operations. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Recording and Social Media at Proskuneo, where Royce managed global volunteer efforts for multilingual resources. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Public Policy, a Postgraduate Executive Certificate in Public Policy, and a Master's in Public Policy from Liberty University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and an Associate of Arts in Levantine Arabic from Excelsior University and the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, respectively.
