Lorena Ballesteros

Lorena Ballesteros is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at DigiHaul MX since November 2022, Lorena designs and leads initiatives focused on organizational development in collaboration with the Marketing and Communications team. Previously, as an HR Business Partner at Linio, Lorena developed talent acquisition strategies and employer branding while strengthening relationships with educational institutions. Earlier roles include HR Specialist and HR Business Consultant at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where Lorena managed onboarding processes, payroll, and corporate communications, and a position at DuPont overseeing recruitment and event coordination in Latin America. Academically, Lorena holds a Master of Business Administration in Talent Management from Universidad del Valle de México and a degree in Psychology from Universidad Tecnológica de México.
