Chad Osgood

Chad Osgood is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in digital innovation and transformation across multiple sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Digilence since January 2021, Chad leads the development of a suite of SaaS solutions designed to advance the accounting industry. Concurrently, Osgood also founded Osgood Advisory, which assists clients in achieving significant business milestones. Previous roles include Digital CTO and Advisor at ACL Digital, Co-founder and CEO of Premier Logic, and Managing Partner of 18th Floor Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on technology investments. Chad has served on the boards of Tech Alpharetta and the Technology Association of Georgia, and has played a pivotal role in various technology initiatives including the establishment of Local Flavor as Co-founder and CTO. Chad’s early career included consulting at Ernst & Young and recognition as a Microsoft MVP.
