Nima Shams is a highly experienced and accomplished professional in the engineering field, specializing in wearable technology and RF/EM hardware design. With over a decade of experience, Nima has held various leadership roles in companies such as DigiLens Inc., RealWear, Inc., and ODG. Nima is recognized as a thought leader in ambient and augmented reality, with a track record of successfully shipping XR glasses to a broad customer base. Nima has also served in important roles within IEEE MTT-SCV, Movea Inc, Dash Navigation, and Tyco Electronics, showcasing their expertise in a variety of engineering disciplines. Educationally, Nima holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree from UC Davis.
