Lucy Oulton is the VP of Operations at Digimarc. Lucy has over 20 years of experience in publishing, marketing, and project management.

Lucy started their career as a managing editor at Morris Visitor Publications, where they oversaw the production of city magazines and visitor guides. Lucy then transitioned into freelance writing and editing, before becoming an account director at Story Worldwide.

In 2010, Lucy joined Fray as its projects director. There they oversaw the production of digital and print projects for clients such as Google, Coca-Cola, and Nike. The following year, they became the chief of staff and director of operations at EVRYTHNG, where they helped consumer brands run their businesses more efficiently and sustainably.

At Digimarc, Lucy is responsible for leading the company's day-to-day operations and strategic planning. Under their guidance, Digimarc has continued to grow and innovate, becoming a leader in providing innovative solutions that enable people and organizations to connect with each other and the physical world around them.

Lucy Oulton completed a BA Hons. in Ancient World Studies at UCL. Prior to that, they completed their A-Levels at Loreto Sixth Form College in Manchester, where they achieved grades A-B in three subjects. Lucy also has eight GCSEs from Parrs Wood High School in Manchester, all at grades A-B.

They are on a team with Judy Moon - VP, Global Head of Sales, Ken Sickles - EVP, Chief Product Officer, and Cyrus Gilbert-Rolfe - EVP, Chief Revenue Officer. Lucy Oulton reports to Riley McCormack, CEO.
