Sophie Penanguer has a diverse work experience ranging from roles in consulting, analysis, editing, and sales. Sophie started their career as a Receptionist at Geoservices in 2008. Sophie then worked as a Webmaster for Le Jardin des Capucines in 2010, where they created and maintained their website. Sophie then worked as a Saleswoman at Le Tanneur for a brief period in 2010. In 2011, they were an Export Consultant at AFAS Consulting before moving on to a similar role at Ubifrance Beijing in 2012. Sophie joined Chantelle as a Sales Consultant in 2013. Sophie then worked at Kantar Media in a role as an International News Editor for the European Commission from 2014 to 2016. Subsequently, they held the position of an International Benchmark Officer at MMM from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they began working at Digimind as a Digital Media Analyst, where they managed clients' portfolios, understood their needs, configured the company's social and intelligence tools, and handled customer relations. Sophie then worked as a Solution Consultant at Digimind from 2019 to 2019, and is currently serving as the Global Director of Insights. Additionally, Sophie worked as a Digital Consultant Freelance for SP Digital in 2018.

Sophie Penanguer completed their education at various institutions and obtained degrees in different fields of study. Sophie started their educational journey in 2007 at Nantes Université, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages Applied to business and foreign trade in 2010. In the same year, they pursued an exchange program at Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade, focusing on International Business.

Sophie then attended Sciences Po Lyon from 2010 to 2012, where they were a 5th-year student pursuing a Master's Degree in Asian Business. During their studies, they also participated in an exchange program at Beijing Language and Culture University in 2012, specializing in Chinese Studies.

Later, in 2015 and 2016, Sophie pursued a Master 2 (M2) degree in Communication Strategy at INEAD.

Additionally, they obtained two certifications: Digimind Social Expert from Digimind in 2021 and Manage the Salesforce Way from Trailhead by Salesforce in 2019.
