Joseph Ongay

Joseph Ongay currently serves as the Surveillance Unit Leader and Field Investigator at DigiStream Investigations, a position held since March 2020. Prior to this role, Joseph gained experience as a Student Operator at Rutgers University Telefund from November 2016 to December 2019.
