Garrett O'Callaghan has had a varied work experience. In 2012, they worked as a Computer Repair Technician & Sales (Work experience) at Zian International, where they gained experience repairing and assembling desktop computers and laptops, taking customer inquiries, answering the phone, and making sales. In 2014, they worked as a General Warehouse Operative at Uniphar Group. In 2015, they worked as a Field Sales Representative at Intense Communications, speaking with hundreds of customers a day and gaining a new customer base while also maintaining the previous customer base for multiple charity clients. In 2016, they worked as an Administration Executive and Customer Service Advisor at Sky. From 2018-2021, they worked at Intercom as a Sr Support Operations Analyst, Customer Support Engineer, and Customer Support Specialist. In 2021, they worked as a Customer Support Specialist at HubSpot. Finally, in 2022, they began working as an Associate UI Technical Artist at DIGIT, a Scopely Studio.

Garrett O'Callaghan has a diverse educational background. In 2018-2019, they completed a Science in Computing degree from National College of Ireland, specializing in Software Development. Garrett also obtained a Higher Diploma of Science in Computing from the same institution in March 2019. Prior to that, they attended Pulse College in 2013-2014 to study Game Development. Garrett also attended Crumlin YR from 2011-2013, where they obtained a Fetac level 4, and from 2010-2011, where they obtained a Fetac level 3. Additionally, they obtained a Digital Imaging certification.
