Aniruddha Gupta

Aniruddha Gupta is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and operations. Currently serving as the AVP - Human Resources at Digit Insurance since April 2022, Aniruddha previously held multiple HR roles at Firstsource from May 2017 to April 2022, including HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team of 24 and overseeing global attendance, onboarding, and background verification processes. Aniruddha also deployed the Taleo Recruitment Management System for global onboarding. Earlier in the career at HCL Technologies, from November 2013 to June 2015, Aniruddha worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, focusing on process improvement initiatives utilizing a Six Sigma approach. Aniruddha holds a PGDM in E-business and operations from Prin. L.N.
