Ryan Leech

Ryan Leech has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ryan is currently working as the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships at Digitail, where they help partners maximize their relationship with the company. Ryan is also the host of The Bird Bath Podcast, a news podcast focused on pet health, brought to you by Antelligence and The Fountain Report.

Previously, Ryan worked as a Co-Host for Consolidate That!, a podcast that focused on critical corporate topics in the veterinary business. Ryan was also the Head of Business Development and Growth at Galaxy Vets, an employee-owned veterinary healthcare system.

Ryan has experience in the veterinary industry as the Head of Veterinary Partnerships at Veterinary Integration Solutions, where they helped veterinary consolidators improve their operations using data and analytics. Ryan also worked as the Director of Business Development at Hippo Manager Software, a cloud-based veterinary practice management software.

Prior to their work in the veterinary industry, Ryan worked as the Chief Sales Consultant at First 100 Sales Consulting, where they helped businesses grow and scale their sales organizations. Ryan also held roles as the Director of Sales and Interim General Manager at Booster Fuels, an on-demand gas delivery company, where they grew their market and led daily business functions.

Ryan Leech also has experience as a Commercial Account Executive at Red Hat and as a Digital Solutions Manager at Booking.com's Booking Suite Division.

Ryan Leech completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. In 2008, they also completed a Spanish Immersion program at Fundación José Ortega y Gasset to further enhance their proficiency in Spanish Language and Literature. Additionally, Ryan holds certifications in Introduction to Negotiation from Yale University and Advanced Valuation and Strategy from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, obtained in 2023 and 2021, respectively.
