Description:
Digitain is seeking a professional to take the position of Quality, Training and Communications specialist in the Company's team. He/she will be responsible for preparation, organization and delivery of trainings, necessary to Customer Care and Service Delivery staff, on-time and correct communication provision within Customer Care and Service Delivery teams, Quality control and provision of necessary information.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of training materials
Delivery of trainings on new products, features, as well as skills for customer service quality improvement inside Customer Care and Service Delivery teams
Customer service quality control, assessment and improvement, feedback provision
Knowledge tests organization and handling for new and current employees
Ensuring the circulation and dissemination of information necessary for customer service
Arrangement of skills improvement coaching sessions
Other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor
