Digitain is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Turkish Speaking Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication, and negotiation skills in Turkish as well as interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. We are seeking a candidate who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to maintain existing clients. The candidate should also have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth
Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients to expand the customer base
Manage and maintain existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits and features of products and services
Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial partnerships
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to identify new opportunities for revenue growth
Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Meet and exceed sales targets through the development of sales strategies, prospecting, and lead generation
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients
Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with industry trends
