Susanna Mosoyan

Susanna Mosoyan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and business advisory roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at TotoGaming and a Customer Support Specialist at Digitain, both since late 2021, Susanna previously worked as a Business Advisor at the Strategic Development Agency NGO from December 2018 to September 2021. Prior roles include a 1C program implementation consultant at Resal Soft, and various positions at ProCredit Bank Armenia, where responsibilities encompassed loan disbursement, customer service, creditworthiness assessment, and financial analysis.
