Ron Trackey has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Ron. began their career at Microsoft in 1997, where they held various positions such as Development Manager and Group Program Manager. Ron. played a crucial role in creating and launching MSN Mobile offerings, leading to over 1 billion mobile browse page views within 8 months. Ron then joined RSA Security in 2012, where they served as a Senior Director in both Product Management and Engineering roles, driving product development and securing service contract renewals. In 2015, they moved to Carbonite as Vice President of Product Management, successfully expanding the company into the Mid-Market Enterprise market. Ron also briefly worked at Onapsis Inc. in 2015 as the Vice President of Product Development. Ron. later joined Win Win Consulting LLC as a Strategic Advisor in 2018. Most recently, Ron served as the Vice President of Product Management at Digital.ai, leading product initiatives and playing a key role in the acquisition and merger of XebiaLabs and CollabNet VersionOne.

Ron Trackey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Additionally, they pursued a Masters of Engineering Management at the same university, but did not complete the program, having accumulated 25 credits. In terms of additional certifications, Ron obtained a certification in "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" from the MIT Sloan Executive Education in April 2018.
