Sharon Taylor

Sharon Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Sharon started their career at Expo Design Center in 2001, where they worked in Operations and Sales. In 2006, they joined Xync Brands, LLC, where they held various roles such as Sales Operations Manager and Customer Support Manager. During their time at Xync Brands, they supervised a team of customer service representatives, managed service levels, and provided product training. Sharon also handled account applications, credit references, and contracts for manufacturer sales representative agencies. In 2017, Xync Brands was acquired by Elk Group International. From 2018 to 2020, Sharon worked at CollabNet VersionOne as a Sales Operations Specialist. Sharon'sresponsibilities included supporting the sales organization and ensuring smooth deal structures. Since 2020, Sharon has been at Digital.ai, where they currently hold the position of Manager, Global Deal Desk. In this role, they collaborate with various teams and is involved in policies, procedures, and commercial terms for non-standard offerings.

Sharon Taylor attended Georgia State University Perimeter College from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business. Following that, they enrolled at DeVry University from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Technical Management and Human Resources. In July 2018, Sharon obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance.
