Erika Christiana has a diverse work experience. Erika started their career in 2014 as an intern at SAS, gaining experience in SAS programming. In the following year, they worked as a contributing writer at HelloGiggles.

In 2015, they began their freelance career as a writer and editor. During this time, they pitched and wrote various articles and provided editing services for a wide range of written works, demonstrating their skills in sociological concepts and inclusive terminology.

In 2021, Erika worked as a customer service representative at Global Bankers Insurance Group and as a research associate at Connex Partners. Erika also interned at Audible Ancestry, further expanding their experience.
